Please note, this is a casual role, where hours will be determined by the number of enrolment requests received. However, applicants must be available every day from 20th August 2026 to at least 04th September 2026. Appointment is dependent on successful completion of vetting.
We have an exciting opportunity for five data processors to process student enrolment requests during our busy enrolment period.
Temporary hours are available to process enrolment data onto ProSolution, our student records system and support the Timetabling and Student Data Team. Experience of ProSolution is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Hours per day are flexible based o the number of enrolment requests to process, and on busy days, you may be required to process up to 7pm.
You will have:
GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
Experience of using IT to input data
The ability to work under your own initiative to the highest levels of accuracy
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Willingness to be flexible
