Actual Salary £17,619 - £19,079 per annum plus SEN allowance (term time only)

The Governing Body St Michael’s C of E Primary are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (TA2) Grade D to support join our team supporting children with special educational needs working in our ‘Hive’ provision.
The successful candidate will:
have experience of working with children with special needs in EYFS and/or KS1;
be hardworking and have experience of working as part of a team;
have experience of supporting children on a 1-1 and small group basis;
be committed to inclusion and securing the best possible outcomes for all children;
promote pupils’ independence and confidence;
use effective behaviour management strategies in line with the school’s policy;
support the organisation of our ‘Hive’ provision to help maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment.
