Crynodeb
To ensure that all projects, ranging from minor works to multi-million-pound schemes, including all schemes in the Trusts capital programme, are completed on time, within budget and meet the Trusts objectives.The post holder will be responsible for providing specialist advice for all building aspects of projects undertaken by the Estates & Facilities Directorate. This will include confirmation of project feasibility, production of detailed design drawings and specifications, procurement including preparation of contract documentation, control of the contractor day to day throughout the construction, commissioningand evaluation. Also, to provide building advice and briefing information to facilitate the implementation of projects managed by external design consultants. The post holder will provide specialist building advice, to ensure Estates records are up to date, both to inform the operational estates team in their day-to-day activity, and to ensure effective co-ordination between operational and design issues, in the management of the Trust estate. full job description attached
