Part time - 16hrs per week
Across multiple locations within Gloucester
Salary £11,614
KEY Responsibilities:
• To maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across communal and residential areas by delivering cleaning services to include hoovering, dusting and mopping.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach to support positive customer experiences.
• Follow and complete a cleaning schedule to ensure all sites are cleaned as planned and in line with service standards.
• Adhere to relevant health & safety regulations to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and members of the public.
• Report any repairs, hazards or issues you come across on our sites in a timely manner to ensure safe environments.
• Ensure cleaning cupboards are stocked and organised tidily for others to use.
• Identify and report safeguarding concerns, vulnerabilities or anti-social behaviour to support customer safety and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support effective service delivery across estates and schemes.
• Take ownership of work areas and standards to ensure pride in estates and continuous improvement of the environment.
