The Role
As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our rental operations. You’ll help ensure vehicles are allocated efficiently, customers receive outstanding service, and fleet operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating daily vehicle rentals and returns
Managing fleet availability and vehicle allocation
Communicating with customers regarding bookings and enquiries
Supporting the smooth operation of fleet logistics
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Assisting with operational planning and fleet efficiency
Working closely with the wider team to support business operations

Essential Skills & Experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in fleet operations, logistics, or vehicle rental environments

Good operational and problem-solving skills

Previous experience within vehicle rental or fleet management
Familiarity with fleet scheduling or booking systems
