We provide companionship, wellbeing support, and meaningful community engagement for people who may be experiencing loneliness, reduced confidence, or changes in mobility.
Our focus is not just support — it’s helping people rediscover connection, independence, and enjoyment in everyday life.
About the Role
We are looking for warm, reliable, community-minded individuals to join us as Bank Companions.
This is a highly rewarding and flexible role supporting older adults both at home and within the local community.
No two days are the same.
Support may include:
Friendly companionship visits
Supporting someone to attend local groups or appointments
Gentle walks or outings
Social activities and community engagement
Encouraging confidence and independence
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys conversation, building relationships, and helping others feel included and valued.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking people who are:
✔ Kind and compassionate
✔ Reliable and trustworthy
✔ Good listeners and communicators
✔ Comfortable working independently
✔ Passionate about supporting older people
Experience in care or support work is helpful but not essential.
We value personality, empathy, and community spirit just as much as experience.

This role does NOT involve personal care
Flexible bank hours available
Some local travel may be required
Enhanced DBS check required
Training and support provided
