The Person:
- Previous Experience in a supervisory or team leading role, preferably in a night shift setting
- Confident Communicator
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Passion for Excellent Customer Service
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
The Role:
- To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
- To assist and support the Night Manager in overseeing the Night operations and duties of the hotel
- Supervise the night team and support them with training and guidance
- Complete and file night reports and shift handovers accurately
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, by conducting checks and night walks
