Summary

Calderdale College is seeking to appoint a Workshop Technician to support in our Brick Workshop. We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate individual to support our construction students through their practical learning journey. In this role, you’ll support learners in workshop sessions, and help them develop the knowledge, behaviours and confidence needed to thrive in the industry.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring workshops run smoothly and safely, ensuring they meet necessary Health & Safety requirements.

This role suits someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently. If you’re organised, customer-focused, and ready to make a real impact on the next generation of construction professionals, we’d love to hear from you.
