The Learning Support department has a new opportunity for a highly motivated and inspirational individual to join our team to provide high quality support for young people with an Education Health and Care Plan.

We are recruiting for a highly organised and dedicated team member who can implement, monitor and review the outcomes for young people with an EHCP. You will work proactively with students, their parents, carer, internal and external stakeholders to provide inclusive and challenging support for students to achieve the outcomes as detailed in their EHCP to thrive in their career or independent living aspirations.

You will be a strong team player with a real desire to help young people and adults. Previous experience working in a range of settings supporting young people or adults with specific learning differences and or disabilities, knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice is essential.
