Crynodeb

The Role:
• To support a 36-year-old gentleman who has Autism, ADHD, celiac disease, anxiety and depression with support in the community and within the home.
• This is a vaping home for medicinal purposes.


Main Duties:
• Batch Cooking
• Appointments – medical and over the phone
• Personal care – prompting
• Medication support – (Training given)
• Support with home post and organising
• Support to go to the shops – customer has pain in knees from previous injuries and surgeries

• Car owner with driving licence, use of own vehicle required, and business insurance essential



FOR EMPLOYED: Please note that this role may be subject to a DBS check, your employer may also ask for you to supply references.
You must be able to prove the right to work in the UK. No sponsorships are available.

Hours: 7.5hrs per week to be worked –
Monday, Thursday and Saturday 11.00am – 1.30pm – can be flexible with times
Pay:
£15.18 per hour – Employed
£17.68 per hour – Self - Employed
Job Type: Part time
