Summary

We are seeking experienced Production Operative to join our client in Telford, TF1 area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong production background and be proficient in operating various machinery and have packing experience.

Duties:

• Pack products precisely and accurately to the required number
• Quality checking the products and remove any faulty goods
• Boxing up goods ready for inspection
• Operate and maintain machinery
• Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Apply basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during production processes
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous Factory experience
• Previous Production experience
• Previous experience working within a fast-paced packing industry
• Experience in materials handling and warehouse operations is preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities
• A commitment to safety protocols and quality standards in all operations

Working hours:

• Weekly Rotational shifts (You must be able to work all 3 shifts)
• 07:00-15:00 / 15:00-23:00 / 23:00-07:00
• Monday to Friday

Rate of pay:

• £12.71 per hour
