Summary

Fabricator / Welder
Nottingham

Immediate Start | Day & Night Shifts Available

We're recruiting multiple Fabricator/Welders to join a well-established manufacturing business in Nottingham. You'll play a key part in producing bespoke metalwork, supporting high-quality engineering projects across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities
  • Fabricate metal structures and components from scratch
  • Carry out MIG welding on material thicknesses up to 100mm
  • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Operate fabrication machinery including guillotines, press brakes, rollers and grinders
  • Measure, cut and assemble steel and other metals to tight tolerances
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and specification requirements
Skills & experience
  • Proven fabrication and welding experience within engineering/manufacturing
  • Welding qualifications/certificates (preferred)
  • Confident working from technical/engineering drawings
  • Strong MIG welding ability (additional welding processes are an advantage)
Pay & shifts

Day shift

  • Up to £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • 07:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday

Night shift

  • Up to £23.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • 18:00 - 04:30, Monday to Thursday
