Summary
Main responsibilities:
Supporting senior members of the legal team with general
formalities and administrative tasks
Monitoring changes to Government guidance and regulations
and providing updates to the team
Undertaking research tasks, and creating materials to
support ongoing matters
Organising legal files and scheduling tasks and calendars
Sensitive handling of confidential client and case
materials

profession is a highly-regulated and often

Training
Paralegal Level 3 Apprenticeship standard
Qualifications required
A minimum of 5 x GCSEs which must include both English and maths at grade 5/C or above
3 x A-Levels at grade A*-D
Skills required
Attention to detail, process and procedures
Excellent written and spoken English
Great time management and organisational skills
Experience with using Microsoft 365 software
Problem Solving Skills
Effective and Confident communicator
