Main Responsibilities- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to supporters and guests throughout matchdays and events
- Serve food, drinks, and snacks quickly and accurately
- Operate tills and card payment systems confidently and accurately
- Maintain clean, organised, and fully stocked kiosk and front-of-house areas at all times
- Assist with food preparation, replenishment, and product displays where required
- Welcome guests and provide information or directions within the stadium environment
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and stadium security procedures
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors
- Support queue management and help maintain smooth customer flow during peak times
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries, complaints, or issues
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and restocking tasks
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across catering, hospitality, and operations teams
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and customer care throughout all events
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with customers and supporters
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure stadium environment
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and large-scale events
- Positive attitude with a strong team-focused approach
- Comfortable handling large crowds and busy service periods
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, catering, kiosks, or customer service preferred but not essential
- Confident operating tills and handling card transactions accurately
- Able to follow instructions and comply with food hygiene, health & safety, and stadium procedures
- Well-presented with a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Good organisational skills and ability to multitask during busy periods
- Willingness to learn and support different areas of the operation when needed
