Summary
Job Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, patient-centred GP care through routine and urgent appointments Manage a mixture of face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations Participate in shared on-call duties and support safe clinical decision-making Provide care to patients within care homes and learning disability settings, including regular ward rounds Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective and coordinated care Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to achieving high QOF and clinical governance standards Support and contribute to the training of GP registrars and medical students Attend and participate in regular clinical meetings, teaching sessions, and practice development activities Contribute to service improvement, innovation, and the continued development of the practice Develop and pursue specialist clinical interests where appropriate and supported by the practice
