Summary
FLT Counterbalance Driver - Fixed Day shifts with an early finish on Friday, 06:45-14:45 Monday-Thursday, 06:45-12:15 Fridays.
- Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
- Load, unload, move, and stack goods within the warehouse or storage facility.
- Complete daily equipment checks and report any faults or damages to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, complying with all health and safety standards.
- Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling and recording stock movements.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Must hold an In-date accredited FLT Counterbalance license
Pay Rates for FLT Counterbalance :
- £14.04 per hour
- £21.06 per hour after 37.5 hours Monday - Friday
- £21.06 per hour Saturday
- £28.08 per hour Sunday
