Summary
Holt Engineering are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a well established company based in Havant. You will play a key role in ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards through visual inspection and verification processes across manufacturing stages.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays.
This role is Paying £12.71 - £12.90 Per hour.
Key Responsibilities for the Quality Inspector:
- Carry out inspections in line with specifications, drawings and quality plans
- Carrying out Visual, goods in inspection
- Ensure only approved products progress through production
- Record inspection results and identify faults accurately
- Support customer returns investigations and corrective actions
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment
- Operate and program AOI equipment when required
- Ensure compliance with company, customer, quality and safety requirements
Skills & Experience for the Quality Inspector:
- Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards
- Familiarity with IPC610 and IPC620
- Experience with fault finding and preventative actions
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
