We are seeking a motivated individual to join our well-established, family-run manufacturing business based in the UK. This role offers excellent opportunities to develop new skills across various areas of our operations. Key Responsibilities
• Interpret engineering drawings to assemble a range of products accurately.
• Utilise a variety of tools relevant to the assembly process.
• Adhere to the company’s quality procedures to ensure consistently robust products that meet customer expectations.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Skills and Experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar assembly role within a manufacturing environment is advantageous; however, training will be provided.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to respond to shifting priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks.
Personal Attributes
• Flexible and proactive work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of the importance of quality and ‘right first time’ principles.
• Courteous, professional, and respectful in all interactions.

• Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
