Team Leader - Mobile Cleaning Operations (Scotland)Mitie Specialist Cleaning is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our front-line mobile cleaning operations across Scotland.

This vacancy is available for an immediate start.

The RoleAs Team Leader, you will take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and performance of mobile cleaning teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You will act as the key link between front-line operatives, central support teams, and customers, ensuring clear communication and smooth delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage and coordinate daily work schedules for mobile cleaning teams

-Liaise with central helpdesk to allocate and respond to incoming jobs

-Ensure all works are completed in line with SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations

-Provide post-work reporting and updates to customers

-Carry out site surveys and prepare costings and quotations

-Monitor job progress

-Lead, coach, and support front-line operatives, including onboarding and training

-Conduct audits, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements

-Manage operational issues and drive a “fix it first time” culture

-Maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams

What We're Looking For
-Full UK driving licence (essential) with flexibility to travel across Scotland

-Experience managing mobile, front-line cleaning or service teams (desirable)

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment

-Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills

-Excellent communication and customer service skills

-Confident in using IT systems, email, and reporting tools

-Good understanding of health & safety and safe systems of work

-A proactive problem-solver with strong leadership capability
