Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and reliable Night Security Guard to join our team at a residential development in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff during night shifts.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong situational awareness, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols of the residential development and surrounding areas
Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity
Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
Deal with anti-social behaviour in a calm and effective manner
Maintain accurate incident and shift reports
Control access to the premises and verify visitors where required
Liaise with emergency services when necessary
Ensure all health & safety and site procedures are followed
Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
Mandatory Requirements
Valid SIA SG/DS Licence
Valid CCTV Licence
Previous security experience preferred, ideally within residential or corporate environments
Strong communication and conflict management skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
Right to work in the UK
Desirable Skills
Experience handling emergency situations
Knowledge of incident reporting procedures
Customer service experience
First Aid certification (advantageous)
