Summary

Brand new opportunity to join a close-knit, friendly and driven team! Our client is currently recruiting for an ambitious and proactive individual to join their Payroll Department on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build or develop their career within in a supportive and professional environment.

This will be based from their offices in Mitcheldean on an ongoing temporary basis.

To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience within an office or finance environment would be advantageous however, full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
-Assist with the Processing inbox and respond appropriately to queries raised by Candidates, Customers and internal stake holders.
-Import all new starters and apply the relevant information
-Manage all incoming employee tax queries and pay related issues
-Manage all incoming P6’s, P9s and Student Loan deductions
-Evaluate all invoices to ensure they are true and collectable
-Manage all P45 requests
-Handle Bacs rejects

Candidate Attributes:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: £12.71 per hour
