SupplyGo Education are looking for people who are experienced in supporting children and young people from all walks of life. Most importantly you must have a passion to make a difference in the lives of people who are vulnerable and have additional needs.

Whether you have experience within care, residential backgrounds, coaching, sports work, or community work, we would love to hear from you! You don't need a formal , and a desire to make a difference to the lives of young children/ adults.

Working patterns available;

· Full time - Monday to Friday

· Bank/Day to day

· Part time - Limited availability

· 08:30am - 15:30pm

Age range;

· On average (3 - 12 years).

Qualifications;

· GCSE Grades C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

Your duties will include;

· Working with children in the classroom

· Monitoring children's behaviour and progress

· Great communication with legal guardians

· Encouraging children or young adults to interact and engage in activities.

· Establish trusting relationships with pupils and interact with them according to their individual needs and personalities.

You will need to have;

· Transferrable skills from your personal or working life.

· The ability to demonstrate active listening skills and strong verbal communication skills

· The ability to build positive relationships and understand the individual needs of the children or young adults in your care.

· The ability to provide varying levels of individual attention, reassurance, and support.

· A personable, calm, and caring demeanour.
