Job Introduction:
- Manage a team of Receptionists & Porters to deliver a specific standard of Guest experience
- Supervisor the day-to-day operation of the Business Event Centre and Main Reception
- To complete monthly team rotas, deliver staff team briefings and training, as required
- To assist in menu planning, food presentation and meeting room catering service standards.
- To deliver the highest standards of customer service and first point of contact for delegates/visitors
- To collate end of month department data and reports and as requested by FOH Manager
- To undertake audits in relation to service delivery / offer compliance, as requested.
- To manage the HMRC Matrix booking system to maximise occupancy rates.
- To supervisor & coordinate the corporate meetings within the Business Event Centre
What you’ll do:
- Experience of following and ensuring implementation of Health and Safety Procedures
- Experience of the undertaking of conference and events coordination.
- Computer proficient
- Basic numeracy / literacy skills
- Customer service excellence
- Supervisory experience
