What You'll Be Doing:
• Spearheading whole-school inclusion, SEN, and EAL strategy
• Working alongside SLT to innovate inclusive teaching best practice
• Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary SEND team
• Analysing data to ensure effective, measurable student support outcomes
• Coordinating robust systems for EHCPs and statutory review processes
• Engaging with families and external agencies to secure best outcomes
• Training staff on quality-first teaching and differentiation

Ideal "Head of Inclusion" for this Havering School:
