HGV Class 1 drivers wanted for consistent Monday-Friday work

We are currently seeking reliable HGV Class 1 drivers to deliver building materials to local builders’ merchants. This is a Monday-Friday role, ideal for drivers seeking a structured working week and dependable hours
Pay Rates
• Day: £15.88 per hour
• Night: £17.93 per hour
• Weekends up to £24.64 per hour
• All rates are PAYE, with holiday pay accrued separately
You will be delivering building materials for Hanson to builders' yards, with minimal load interaction. You would be expected to undo the curtains and strap and unstrap the load at the delivery points. Full induction and training is provided to ensure you are safe and efficient from day one.
Working Pattern
• Monday to Friday
• Regular and consistent shifts
• Typical start time: 06:00
• Average shift length: 10–12 hours
Requirements
• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum of 6 months’ recent HGV driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
