Crynodeb
The successful candidate will work alongside 2 experienced GP partners and a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to our practice population across Hibaldstow and the surrounding North Lincolnshire villages. Main duties of the role include: Undertaking routine GP consultations and clinical sessions Providing safe, effective, and compassionate patient care Managing a varied clinical caseload within a rural general practice setting Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous clinical records using SystmOne Supporting continuity of care and collaborative team working Participating in practice meetings and clinical discussions where appropriate Contributing to the ongoing development of practice services Supporting the values and learning environment of a University Teaching Practice This role offers: Clinical autonomy and continuity of care Protected admin time 15-minute appointments as standard Flexible working considered A supportive and sustainable working environment Opportunities for professional development within a teaching practice environment The ideal candidate will work well as part of a team, value continuity and patient-centred care, and be flexible and adaptable within a small rural practice environment.
