Summary
Install all aspects of plumbing from new and adaptions on existing systems
General plumbing duties such as
TMV servicing and replacement
CWST remedials
Water Heater installations
Expansion vessel replacement and similar
dead-end removal
Reactive Plumbing Work
Removal of Flexible Hoses and Replace to Rigid Pipework
Minor Heating System Works
Vented and Unvented Conversions
What we expect from you :
You will need to be flexible in order to do overnight stays, where necessary and may be required to work out of hours and weekends occasionally as part of the job.
Follow method statements accurately
Ability to work within the specifications set out by HSG 274 & HTM 04-01
You will be expected to do some administrative duties which will include the use of a tablet and paperwork to log your work
Reporting to Account Managers and Operations Department
Stock Taking on Van stock and project work
You will need to possess excellent communication skills to communicate with customers and colleagues
Be able to work on your own also as part of a team
Work will mainly be focused in Shropshire and Powys but on occassion will be required to work futher a field and work to planned routes / deadlines
