Summary
Physiotherapy Assistant (Band 2) To work alongside and under the supervision of the physiotherapy team to supply both direct and indirect patient care. To carry a caseload delegated by a chartered physiotherapist who has carried out an initial assessment. Physiotherapy Technical Instructor (Band 3) Under the supervision of a registered Physiotherapist the Technical Instructor will independently manage a designated caseload of patients, defined as non-complex, within a specified clinical area, providing assessment and interventions on behalf of the physiotherapist within predetermined guidelines. All patients will have an initial assessment carried out by a state registered physiotherapist.
