Recycling Sort Line Operative
Location: N+P Crayford, DA1 4QG
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Day shifts 0700-1900 & Night shifts 1900-0700
Weekly Rota, up to 5 shifts available every week
Salary: £13.31 per hour (day shift) £13.86 per hour(night shift)
Overtime after 50 hours (1.5x basic rate)
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Recycling Sort Line Operatives to join the team at N+P Crayford, Dartford DA1 4QG
Working on a busy recycling sorting line, you will help separate recyclable materials safely and efficiently to support environmental sustainability and waste reduction targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sorting recyclable materials on a moving conveyor line
Removing non-recyclable contamination from waste streams
Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Keeping the work area clean and tidy
Assisting with general site duties as required
Following site procedures and supervisor instructions
Requirements
Good attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods
Reliable with good timekeeping
Previous recycling or warehouse experience beneficial but not essential
Full PPE required (can be provided on site)
