Temporary Assignment
Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer to support a corporate office environment in Central London.
This role is suited to an experienced engineer with a strong all-round building maintenance background covering electrical, mechanical and general facilities maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across building systems
Responding to reactive maintenance and repair requests
Supporting electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general building maintenance tasks
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
Monitoring building systems to ensure safe and effective operation
Working closely with contractors and onsite teams
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
Supporting health & safety compliance and safe systems of work
Contributing to the overall presentation and functionality of the workplace
Requirements:
Previous multi-skilled building maintenance experience essential
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Experience within commercial office or facilities management environments preferred
Good fault-finding and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Professional and reliable approach to work
