Summary
Are you the kind of person who can comfort a toddler, organise a messy play activity, sing “Baby Shark” for the 100th time and still laugh by lunchtime? Then we want you on our team!
At Frecheville Nursery we’re looking for a fun, caring and confident Senior Nursery Practitioner & Room Lead to help lead one of our busy nursery rooms and create magical learning experiences every single day.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading your room team with positivity, energy and kindness
Creating exciting activities that spark imagination and learning
Building fantastic relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Supporting children to grow, develop and achieve milestones
Keeping your room safe, organised and full of fun
Being a role model for high-quality childcare and teamwork
Singing songs, reading stories and probably getting covered in glitter
What we’re looking for:
Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
Previous nursery experience
Someone confident leading a team and supporting others
A warm, nurturing and enthusiastic personality
Great communication and organisation skills
Plenty of energy, patience and creativity
Why join us?
Supportive management team
Friendly, welcoming nursery environment
Opportunities to progress and develop
Staff appreciation events and team fun
A job where no two days are ever the same
If you love early years, enjoy leading a team and want to make a real difference to children’s lives, we’d love to hear from you!
