Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable lecturer to join our team, delivering high‑quality teaching and learning to 16–18‑year‑old learners. The role involves delivering the Pearson T Level in Marketing, ensuring lessons are engaging, industry‑relevant and designed to support learners in developing strong technical and professional skills.

Experience of teaching within a Further Education college environment is desirable, as is familiarity with T Level delivery. However, we are open to applications from newly qualified teachers, and suitable training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

This post is initially offered at 0.5 (17.5 hours per week), though there is flexibility to discuss hours depending on individual circumstances and experience. We are looking for someone who is organised, committed and able to inspire young people to achieve their full potential within the Marketing and Business sectors.

We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about supporting learners, contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high standards across the provision.

If you would like an informal discussion about the role or require further details, we would be happy to arrange this.

The College is committed to safeguarding and promotes the welfare of all learners and expects its staff to share this commitment. Employment at the College is subject to an Enhanced DBS check. If the post falls under the definition of regulated activity it will also be subject to an additional barred list check.

When we shortlist potential candidates, we will inform those who have been shortlisted that online search maybe conducted as part of the due diligence checks. The college will ensure to communicate the lawful basis on which this personal information will be collected.
