A key part of the school leadership team, our Business Manager will ensure that financial andadministrative procedures, premises and health & safety all effectively support the provision of a fantasticlearning environment for our children to flourish.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong financial management skills
• Has strong administrative and organisational skills
• Is proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable
• Has the skills to work with a wide range of people across our community.

Our Business Manager will play a key role in supporting school leadership and the rest of our fantastic staff, to maintainand develop an inclusive environment, providing opportunity for all where children feel loved, happy, safeand secure.
The successful candidate will be able to take the lead in managing the finance, administration, health andsafety and premises. Experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage,
however training and support will be available from the Senior Leadership team, a network of experiencedBusiness Managers across the Trust and colleagues from Finance, Health and Safety and HumanResources in the Trust Central team.
The post is for 30 hours a week, term-time only, which could be worked over four or five days, in agreementbetween the successful candidate and myself. The exact hours of work will usually be between 8:30am and4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required to support school events.
The role of School Business Manager is an exciting one, no two days will be the same and the role will suita candidate who is flexible, adaptable and looking for a challenge.
