We are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Lounge Bar Manager to join a prestigious, award-winning hotel and resort set in a stunning location just outside of Falmouth. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key part of the guest experience within a high-quality hospitality environment.

Salary

About the Role

As Lounge Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the lounge bar, ensuring exceptional service, high standards, and a welcoming atmosphere for both hotel residents and visiting guests. You will lead by example, motivating and developing your team to deliver a consistently high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operation of the lounge bar
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Leading, training, and motivating the bar team
• Creating a warm, relaxed, and professional guest environment
• Stock control, ordering, and cellar management
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
• Working closely with senior management to maintain brand and service standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Lounge Manager, or similar role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods
