Part-Time Vehicle Warranty Administrator | Swansea

Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership based in Swansea, is seeking a Part-Time Vehicle Warranty Administrator to join their dynamic Service Department on a permanent basis. Duties:

- Prepare warranty claims for submission to manufacturers and ensure timely processing
- Review and clear weekly statements, query overdue claims, and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure all documentation complies with manufacturer standards and internal policies
- Accurately prepare invoices and warranty claims, managing open deals and administration of job card write-ups
- Complete all repair order documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Deal promptly with policy claims and ensure correct customer reimbursements
- Maintain control over returned materials and reconcile warranty credits with precision
- Assist with general administrative functions within the department

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an administrative role within the automotive industry, preferably with vehicle warranty administration
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Familiarity with the Kerridge dealer management system is advantageous but not essential
- A proactive approach and attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks
