The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced line manager throughout their first year at the school. This post offers the opportunity for the right person to develop their own practice and leadership through regular 1:1 interactive development meetings with their phase leader focusing on personal reflection, coaching and problem-solving.

o Someone keen to improve your own practice and enjoys autonomy
o A positive attitude and a sense of humour
