An exceptional primary school in the Formby area of Liverpool is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be assigned to a single year group from Year 1 through to Year 6, depending on experience and personal preference, allowing you to build strong relationships with pupils and staff throughout the academic year.
The Role• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Providing targeted support to pupils both individually and in small groups
• Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and academic progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
