The Role: Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant

    Full-time, long-term position starting June 2026
    Position runs for the remainder of the academic year and into the next academic year, until July 2027
    Earn up to £550 per week as a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant
    1-to-1 support for children with additional needs
    Work alongside class teachers to support Early Years classrooms
    Excellent school facilities, including spacious outdoor learning areas
    Opportunities for progression within the school from September 2026
    Located near Formby - accessible from Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley
    Immediate interviews with a view to starting ASAP

    About the Role:

    As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working closely with the class teacher to help guide and support children as they embark on their educational journey. Your role will include assisting with individual learning needs, supporting children during lessons, and tracking their progress across the term. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to take on a 1-to-1 support role for a child with additional needs.

    This role offers invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic Early Years classroom, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills in classroom management, lesson support, and child development.
