About the Role
Inspire EHC are recruiting for a Primary SEN Teacher to join a specialist school supporting pupils aged 6 - 11 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated needs.
This role involves teaching pupils working below age-related expectations, delivering personalised learning in a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver differentiated lessons aligned to EHCP outcomes
- Support pupils with ASC, SEMH and complex needs
- Monitor progress and complete assessments and reports
- Work closely with SEN staff and multi-disciplinary teams
- Support behaviour management strategies effectively
- Contribute to EHCP reviews and meetings
Requirements
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) essential
- Experience within SEN, SEND, ASC or SEMH settings preferred
- Experience teaching KS1 or KS2
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
