Duties as Primary School Supply Teacher (ECT):

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as a Primary School Supply Teacher (ECT)
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies and expectations
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
• Support pupils’ academic progress and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day
• Follow safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of all pupils
• Manage classroom routines confidently to ensure continuity of learning
• Provide clear feedback and handover notes to school staff at the end of each placement
• Represent Step Teachers professionally while working as a Primary School Supply Teacher (ECT)
