We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our agency team, supporting a range of well-established nurseries. Key Responsibilities
Support children’s play, learning, and daily routines to help create a fun, stimulating, and nurturing environment
Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organised setting that encourages children’s learning and development
Assist staff with supervision, meal and snack times, and personal care routines to support children’s health and wellbeing
Prepare and tidy away activities and resources throughout the day, ensuring the environment remains clean and organised
Build positive relationships with children, encouraging confidence, independence, and curiosity through play and interaction
Required Skills & Experience
A genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development, with enthusiasm for early years education
Willingness to learn quickly and adapt confidently to different nursery environments
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, follow guidance, and communicate well with both children and staff
