Summary

Your daily duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students, both in and out of the classroom, to help them understand lesson content, complete assignments, and develop essential study skills
- Developing and implementing personalised learning plans in collaboration with teachers, ensuring that each student's unique needs are addressed
- Assisting students with physical, emotional, or behavioural difficulties, helping them to manage their challenges and participate fully in school activities
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining detailed records of their development, communicating regularly with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the student's education
- Participating in the planning and delivery of intervention programmes, such as literacy or numeracy support, to help students catch up with their peers
- Encouraging and motivating students to engage actively in their learning, fostering a positive and supportive environment
- Collaborating with the wider school team to identify and address any barriers to learning, and working together to implement effective strategies
- Undertaking relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in supporting students with diverse needs
