Paragon Education is recruiting a nurturing and creative Early Years Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Worcester. The school places a strong emphasis on early development, providing a stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow with confidence.
You will be leading an early years class, delivering a balance of structured teaching and play-based learning. The school offers strong support from experienced staff and leadership who value the importance of early education.
What the role involves:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework
Creating a stimulating and safe learning environment
Supporting children’s early communication, social, and emotional development
Observing and assessing pupil progress to inform planning
Working closely with teaching assistants and early years staff
Building positive relationships with parents and carers
What you’ll need:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching within EYFS in a UK primary school
Strong understanding of early childhood development
A caring, patient, and creative approach
Good classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
