Role Overview
We are recruiting for Domestic Energy Assessors to support residential energy
assessment and stock condition survey work across the South West of England.
This is a full-time, permanent role carrying out EPCs and stock condition
surveys across residential properties. The role involves visiting homes,
collecting accurate property data, engaging professionally with residents and
clients, and ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards. The
employer is looking for motivated, organised and professional candidates with a
strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
Important Eligibility Information
Applicants must have a Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment, a full
clean driving licence, and be DBS checked or willing to complete a DBS check.
What You'll Do
* Carry out EPCs across residential properties
* Complete stock condition surveys where required
* Collect and record accurate property data
* Maintain high reporting and compliance standards
* Communicate professionally with residents, clients and Colleagues
* Work independently across different sites and manage your own schedule
* Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and to a high standard
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment
* Full clean driving licence
* DBS checked or willing to complete a DBS check
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping
* Confident using MS Office and electronic data systems
* Able to work independently and prioritise tasks
* Friendly, professional and proactive attitude
* Experience completing stock condition surveys is desirable
* Level 3 or 4 Award in Retrofit Assessment is desirable
* Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional
Buildings is desirable
