Beyond day-to-day childcare, we are specifically looking for a candidate with the ambition to work towards a managerial role. The nursery will provide the support and environment you need to develop your leadership skills.
What we’re looking for:
• Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Childcare (or above) is essential.
• Experience: Minimum of 1+ years working in a nursery setting in the UK.
• Ambition: A strong desire to progress into nursery management.
• Passion: A genuine love for supporting children’s development and creating a fun, safe learning environment.
