Principal or Associate Landscape Architect
The Role
You will lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs, while acting as a primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders. The role will also involve mentoring junior team members and supporting wider business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects across a range of sectors
• Maintain and develop strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Oversee the preparation and review of technical reports and design outputs
• Manage project programmes, budgets, and overall delivery
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to junior team members
• Support business development activities and bid preparation
Requirements
• Degree (and ideally postgraduate qualification) in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline
• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (or working towards)
• Significant consultancy experience within the built environment
• Proven ability to manage projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in relevant design software including AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
