Summary
Deal sensitively and empathetically with individuals seeking help in parking/finding their way around the hospital site being mindful of the reasons for their attendance at hospital.Communicate by telephone, intercom & face to face with staff, visitors, patients & staff from external agencies.Ensure effective communication between all internal and external agencies. Ensure that all records of traffic activity or incidents are comprehensively documented, updated and maintained in accordance with relevant legislation and Security Department Standard Operating Procedures.
