ROLE: Water Services EngineerHOURS: 40 hours per weekLOCATION: Belfast, Northern Ireland

Role Responsibilities:• Complete a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, and chemical testing.• Maintain customers' water log books and ensure all documentation is completed accurately in line with current guidelines and company policy.• Conduct water sampling across a range of sector properties and record results in accordance with company procedures.• Carry out water system cleaning and disinfection in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company standards.• Test, service, and maintain thermostatic mixing valves, as well as undertake basic plumbing tasks where required.
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.• Full, current driving licence.• Basic IT skills, including use of Microsoft packages.• Strong communication, organisational, and time‑management abilities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in compliance servicing, Legionella monitoring, or water treatment. Knowledge and experience in maintaining water systems are desirable.
