We are currently recruiting ambitious and compassionate Graduate Learning Support Assistants to work within supportive and high-achieving schools across Brent, London. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering future careers in Educational Psychology, Teaching, Speech & Language Therapy, Social Work, SEN Support, or Child Mental Health.

The Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:
• Support students in and outside the classroom
• Work closely with pupils with additional learning needs
• Help raise student confidence, engagement, and attainment
• Assist teachers in delivering tailored interventions
• Build valuable experience within an educational setting
This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience before progressing into teaching, psychology, or other child-focused professions.

• Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
