Immediate Starts & September 2026 Opportunities
Paragon Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Primary Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in Malvern and surrounding areas.
We have opportunities available for immediate starts and September 2026, including day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and permanent positions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we would love to hear from you.
The Role
You will:
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Create a positive and supportive classroom environment
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Assess and monitor pupil progress
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership teams
Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development
Requirements
Applicants must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A passion for education and helping children achieve their potential
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable Experience
EYFS, KS1, or KS2 specialism
Experience supporting pupils with SEND
Knowledge of phonics schemes such as Read Write Inc or Little Wandle
Intervention and booster group experience
